Chief Executive Officer
Kurt Diederich is the Chief Executive Officer of Finys, with more than 25 years of experience developing and delivering software solutions for the property and casualty insurance industry. He began his career building custom systems for insurance carriers—including policy, billing, and claims platforms—along with web-based front ends. Over time, he deepened his industry expertise and led the design and development of the Finys Suite. Kurt brings extensive knowledge of the entire product development and delivery lifecycle and focuses on transforming and modernizing carrier core systems.
Emeka Iheme
Chief Customer Success Officer
Emeka Iheme serves as Chief Customer Success Officer at Finys, bringing over twenty years of experience leading professional services, customer success, and scaling client operations teams within enterprise SaaS organizations. His background spans multiple industries, including insurance and healthcare, where he established a track record of standardizing delivery models, accelerating time-to-value, and building high-performing teams. At Finys, he is responsible for ensuring customers realize measurable business outcomes, driving adoption across the client lifecycle, and strengthening long-term customer partnerships.
Rishi Khetrapal
Director of Finance
Rishi Khetrapal is the Director of Finance at Finys, with over 10 years of experience in financial strategy, private credit investing, and accounting. He has held roles in strategic finance and accounting at a freight fintech startup, investment management at a global insurance firm, and public accounting at a Big Four firm. Rishi is a former CFA charterholder and a previously licensed CPA in the State of Michigan.

Tim Norman serves as Chief Growth Officer at Finys, with over twenty years of experience in the insurance technology industry. His background spans the property and casualty, life, and health insurance markets. Tim has successfully led and scaled sales organizations across the insurance tech landscape. At Finys, he is responsible for driving the company’s go-to-market strategy and accelerating its expansion into new markets.
