Hi, my name is Lauren Belfiore, and I am the Director of the Information Systems Department for Security Mutual Insurance Group. I’ve been there for about four years, and we are located in Ithaca, New York.

Our company uses the Finys Suite from A to Z. It’s our policy administration system. So we quote, we rate, we issue our policies from there and our billing, our receivables, we enter all of our claims reinsurance, so we pretty much use it for every part of the business.

The Finys Suite has definitely helped our business. We don’t have to touch the files as much as we used to. The user interface is very easy, so the underwriter’s production has greatly increased; therefore, we’ve definitely generated much more business. Working with the Finys team has really been great for Security Mutual. They’re very responsive to us. They really seem to really care that we get what we need to service our customers. They’re very timely, they’re very friendly. I really enjoy working with them over most vendors that I’ve worked with in the past.
